PrintMachine at Schroders: The Solution and its Benefits
The data are delivered in XML-format from the bank application GLOBUS (developed by Temenos). PrintMachine creates the necessary copies in accordance with sending instructions. PrintMachine carries out graphic preparation of documents in accordance with Schroders' CD (Corporate Design). In this process the documents are grouped an sorted for optimum processing with OMR marks. Printout is carried out with color printers with sorted printout of documents. The portfolio manager is capable of immediately printing the latest extracts on the site. With dashboard. the operator has control at all times of the processing status of the documents.
